Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Your purchase
The product page identifies the files, language and price. The Short-Form Field Guide is an English digital package: a 75-page PDF, reading copy, editable workbook and original visual examples, including four silent clips. You need a device that can open ZIP files, PDFs, text/HTML documents and MP4 video. There is no physical shipment or recurring charge. The product page states the VAT included in the displayed price. Checkout shows the final total, including applicable taxes and any eligible business VAT adjustment, before payment. Your fiscal invoice is sent separately by email.
Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, we send an access email to the address used at checkout. Delayed payment methods may take longer to confirm. Use My purchases and an email sign-in code to download the files. Download links expire for security; you can obtain a fresh link from your purchases. Keep your own backup. Contact us if the email, files or access do not arrive. We do not promise permanent hosting or future editions; any withdrawal of hosted access will not remove rights already granted to downloaded files.
Licence
Your purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive licence to read, edit the supplied workbook and apply the methods in personal or client work. You may keep backup copies. You may not redistribute, publicly upload, share accounts for distributing, sublicense or resell the supplied files. No ownership of third-party research sources or membership content is transferred.
Immediate delivery and withdrawal
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins. We record and confirm that consent. Before supply begins, you can exercise any applicable withdrawal right by emailing us with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You do not need a special form. If no valid consent was obtained, your statutory rights remain.
Faults, refunds and support
Immediate-delivery consent does not remove your rights if files are faulty, inaccessible or materially different from the description. Contact us with your order reference so we can restore access or provide the remedy required by law, including a refund where applicable. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Refunded orders no longer provide download access. There is no guarantee of views, income, virality or individual coaching.
Privacy and disputes
We process purchase details to fulfil the contract, secure access and meet accounting duties. Buying does not subscribe you to marketing. The privacy policy explains our use of Stripe and transactional email. Portuguese law applies without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence or restricting your lawful choice of consumer forum. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem.
