Your purchase
The product page identifies the files, languages and price. The Anatomy of a Viral Reel is a digital guide in English, Spanish and Portuguese: the guide as a PDF in each language, plus a ZIP with an AI edition and starter prompt, a reel planner and a pre-post checklist, each in all three languages. You need a device that can open PDFs, ZIP files and plain-text documents. There is no physical shipment or recurring charge. The price shown includes VAT and is the total you pay: nothing is added at checkout. Where no VAT applies to your purchase (for example, a reverse-charge business purchase), the total stays the same. Your fiscal invoice is sent separately by email.
Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, we send an access email to the address used at checkout. Delayed payment methods may take longer to confirm. Use My purchases and an email sign-in code to download the files. Download links expire for security; you can obtain a fresh link from your purchases. Keep your own backup. Contact us if the email, files or access do not arrive. We do not promise permanent hosting or future editions; any withdrawal of hosted access will not remove rights already granted to downloaded files.
Licence
Your purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive licence to read the guide, print the planner and checklist, give the AI edition to your own AI assistant and apply the methods in personal or client work. You may keep backup copies. You may not redistribute, publicly upload, share accounts for distributing, sublicense or resell the supplied files. No ownership of third-party research sources or membership content is transferred.
Immediate delivery and withdrawal
On the secure checkout page (Stripe), before you pay, you tick a box to accept these terms, request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. You cannot pay without ticking it. We record that consent with the terms version and confirm it in your purchase email. Before delivery begins, you can exercise any applicable withdrawal right by emailing us with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You do not need a special form. If no valid consent was obtained, your statutory rights remain.
Faults, refunds and support
Immediate-delivery consent does not remove your rights if files are faulty, inaccessible or materially different from the description. Contact us with your order reference so we can restore access or provide the remedy required by law, including a refund where applicable. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Refunded orders no longer provide download access. There is no guarantee of views, income, virality or individual coaching.
Privacy
We process purchase details to fulfil the contract, secure access and meet accounting duties. Buying does not subscribe you to marketing. The privacy policy explains our use of Stripe and transactional email.
Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve a problem. You can also make a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações (Complaints Book): www.livroreclamacoes.pt. If a consumer dispute is not resolved, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt) or Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt).
